Refund and Return Policy – Aeroobytep

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to make your shopping experience as easy and hassle-free as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Aeroobytep within 30 days from the date of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable. Watches that have been altered or damaged by the customer are also non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Request Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Note: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges.
  • Shipping Fees: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will refund the shipping charges in full.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The process for exchanges is similar to returns, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.


6. Late Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Any returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or subject to warranty coverage.


7. International Returns

If you are located outside the United States, you may still return your items, but please be aware that international shipping charges will apply. Additionally, you will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country.
